How do I place a return or exchange?
We’re sorry you didn’t love your purchase from Storehunk. Please reach out to support@storehunk.com with your order number and the products you’d like to return, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Help! I can’t find my return slip.
No worries—Storehunk packages do not include return slips. Just email us at support@storehunk.com, and we’ll help you place your return.
What’s your return policy?
- All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving your order.
- To place a return, or if you are having trouble making a return within the 30-day timeframe, please contact support@storehunk.com.
- Your order number must be provided to process a return.
- You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment once the return is approved and received.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
How long does it take to process a return?
- Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement after processing.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
If you received a product different from what you ordered, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us at support@storehunk.com, and we’ll ensure you receive the correct item as soon as possible.
What’s your return process if I’m not happy with the product?
Yes, you may return your order within 30 days after receiving your package. Follow these steps:
1️⃣ Securely pack the items in a box.
2️⃣ Affix the mailing label squarely onto the address side of the parcel, covering up any previous delivery address and barcode without overlapping any adjacent side.
3️⃣ Use the return address provided and affix the appropriate amount of postage.
4️⃣ Ship the package from your nearest post office or shipping company of your choice.

Received a faulty or damaged product?
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact support@storehunk.com before returning your order. We will guide you through the return process and provide an appropriate solution.
