2. How to Initiate a Return

  3. Package and Ship: Securely package the product, including all original packaging, and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the product was defective or incorrect.

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If the item you received was damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product to report any issues.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Please note:

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
